Engagement with neighbourhood

The dire condition of the government in the city, leaves us citizens no choice, but to engage and intervene in whatever way we can, to prevent a drastic slide into complete dystopia. 

The system is so far gone down the road of hopelessness, due to continuous neglect, and violation of the constitutional mandate, that we are stuck in a situation of almost no return.  

However, since we live in a democracy and since we have a duty to contribute to the betterment of our city and our neighbourhoods, we choose to intervene and do whatever little we can to arrest the slide, to nudge the govt into restoring planned development and better governance. 

A liveable neighbourhood is the least we can leave behind for our future generations...
